I LOVE MERCY! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. My therapist, Karie Coalson is a miracle worker! I'm still in shock at how she "put my crystals" back in place and relieved my dizziness! All parts of Mercy is wonderful!!! Thank you so much!!!
The pediatric department is amazing my daughters physical therapist Kelsey Hickman is extremely knowledgeable, patient, polite, professional, and proficient she cares about my daughter Lily’s well-being it’s such a pleasure to come to this place for her therapy

We accidentally came to our appointment on the wrong day and they were so nice they ended up getting us in on the same day that we came. Mali the occupational therapist was great with my son and we are looking forward to coming back.
So far just trying to get ahold of the referral department to get scheduled hasn't been easy. I leave messages wait days with no call back. If I could just schedule with the adult pt that would make things so much easier since they actually answer their phone.
