I love these guys and gals. I have only had experience with these ladies in occupational and physical. Down in the basement. These ladies go above and beyond. They work with you to get you back to yourself. I was running late one morning didnt have time for my coffee that im also very picky about. They went and fixed me some. Oh it was so delicious. I been with these gals off and on for the last cpl yrs. I just love them. They definitely are a very special asset to Mercy for sure. They are a 10 in my book.
Angela V was amazing. So knowledgable, personable, gave me great instrcutions for vestibular therapy on what I can do at home. I was nervous I wouldn't gain much from this appointment but I absolutely did. While in there another client said "I love my Wednesday appointments with you!" so clearly this team is doing a great job.
I had a referral to get see Evan Lord, and I could not get anyone to give me a call back, I have tried for 3 days
CAUTION: I cant recommend going here. The front desk staff were nice, but the clinic as a whole is an unfortunate part of the Mercy health system. The first appointment they didn’t do anything, then cancelled all of my other appointments without notifying me. Which was great because I have been waiting for actual treatment for a couple weeks now for multiple nerve/muscle issues and riding in a car is almost impossible.
