If you don't require "hospital services" and are able to drive to other clinics, I would highly recommend seeking services elsewhere. For six (6) sessions of physical therapy (all of which I drove myself to), my insurance company (BCBS) was billed over $2900 of which I will be responsible for nearly $950 out of pocket. For past injuries, I've only had to pay a co-pay at other clinics, so this was astounding to me. I am currently going through PT with Carli. She is great. I had Kara one time and she was good too. They have a good atmosphere between each other which makes it easier to be around and not so stressful. My wife has to do PT as well and had to switch to a different therapist for whatever reason. She thinks Carli is amazing as well!
Note this is a (-)STAR! I was recommended to come here for PT. Why did I leave my old Therapist to come here? Worst experience ever!! I came in with pain and I left out with that pain and pain in a different part of my body. I canceled all of my following appointments!! So glad I did. Make sure you check your after visit summary and all of your notes are entered correct. If notes are missing they will not go back and add them to your profile. I had a bad experience where one therapist said to do certain exercises that hurt and another said not to. All depends on what therapist you get what day
