They are amazing only seen them once so far. But think they are going be a great help I have a alot of back neck leg and arm problems I'm broken lol hopefully they will get it where I can move easier so I exercise so can join gym and lose weight that's my goal. It's also helpful that's she is understanding that I have AR and that I may need to reschedule in the last minute and she won't over work me Thanks so much Stephanie W you are amazing and so nice and friendly 10 stars

Very sketchy billing practice here. We're currently in talks with Mercy to investigate. Overall, we should have read the reviews here. Wife came here for a PT evaluation. WITH insurance, the cost was astronomically higher than other PT services' cash pay. We were told the amount due for the evaluation was going to be a max of $330. A month later we get another bill in the mail for an additional $150. An evaluation of a couple stretches was not worth anything close to $400 with insurance.
Terrible experience here. Very shady billing practices. We had already met our entire deductible AND out of pocket maximum for the year before coming here so everything should have been covered by insurance yet somehow they managed to fabricate ‘extra’ uncovered procedures so that they could still stick us w a HUGE bill! $361 PER VISIT!! Don’t come here! What an absolute scam. I’m shocked. Also they won’t tell you until you’ve already had multiple sessions.
