10/10 will never ever use this place I called three times to just clarify if my father in law had an appointment and they put me on hold they were extremely rude bad office management if this is how they handle just trying to find out if someone has an appointment I can only imagine how they handle bigger issues no excuse is adequate for putting someone on hold that long for such a simple question
With that many people working in such a small space everyday, drama is bound to occur. It is a shame when it affects your treatment, though.
