Great menu choices. Friendly staff Bldg has been a Salem watering hole forever
We were told to wait 25min... and gave up after 45. This was not due to the crowd but slow service and poor table management which we had ample time to observe (2 people on table for 4, 20min between bringing the check and taking the card...). Don't do that to people in a town where everything closes early, just say you don't know! A few vegetarian options on the menu, nothing vegan
Food and service were great! I enjoyed the falafel. Very small seating section inside so had to eat outside in the heat.
It looks like a bar, but the food is bistro-level fare! I had a truly amazing Ruben with a side of perfectly cooked vegetables, and my wife had the Red Snapper sautéed in butter and garlic lunch special. So well done! Service was great and did just the right about of checking in with us. The food was a total surprise. Just go! You know you want to. 🙂
