I have never been anywhere where a 3+ hour wait time is acceptable. If you come to the 4 floor optometry get ready to wait. We come to see Dr. CARVER. Everything time I have to bring my son we are there for no less than 3 hours. It it insane. There are rarely seats available. The staff are OK not great. I have never been somewhere where this is an acceptable wait time. This is an all around great place for your eyes. They take great care of you. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable drs.
This is a mixed bag of crackers so please read carefully, Dr Tauber is a very attentive and great doctor that has cared for my mom's Cornia Transplant for several years, However last week I drove my Mom to the center for a 1:45 appointment.
