My daughter completed seven physical therapy visits at Mercy in Springfield after a physician referral. The therapists were professional, compassionate, and clearly cared about helping her. This review is not about them. It is about a billing system that left our family owing $3,633.54 after insurance. Let that sink in. Seven visits. The staff here are extremely experienced and knowledgeable. They were very attentive to what I was feeling each day and adapted my care plan each session based on our conversations. They honestly changed my life and helped me adopt a much healthier lifestyle by helping me learn how to recogize what my body needs.
