Do not recommend this pharmacy. The staff are not warm, short when trying to ask questions and wanting to pay out of pocket.
Rude staff. No idea what they are doing and rolling there eyes at you like I'm doing something wrong.
The staff is friendly and works very hard to get prescriptions ready or answer any questions. They are quick to pick up the phone, and I rarely am put on hold. Unlike other retail pharmacies in the community, Allina does not run out of my prescriptions and keeps me updated when there are questions or billing changes. I love that they have mail order service that for me is provided free, and I’m not sure if this is a benefit of the pharmacy itself or my insurance plan.
