RecommendedVery kind, patient and accommodating staff. They understand the fears and discomforts associated with this study. They try to make you as comfortable as possible.
First visit was great. Tech was great. Second visit not so much. Tech didnt understand English. I was sent home with no explanation of what was the next step etc. Tech just said they would call. No one called. I called and they said I was supposed to give them a company where I wanted to get my machine. The folks here took great care of me: Brenda (the NP) and Megan at my first visit, and Michael and Joshua (the techs) at my "sleepover." You will be in good hands here.
