This is NOT the place if you're looking for a healthcare provider that cares about its patients,. My journey here was a frustrating saga of delays and administrative hurdles. After a six-month wait for my first appointment unfortunately, I was NOT 15 minutes early, which apparently is a requirement! The experience was fine until one of the employees named Matthew howled in the hallway near my room and woke me up! He had a deep voice and anyone could hear him talking as my room was next to the monitor room. I contacted the supervisor with this complaint. She defended Matthew and spoke about how sweet he was etc. with complete disregard.
This place is the most unresponsive, uncaring medical facility I’ve had the displeasure to interact with. I’d switch immediately, but I’ve managed to get far enough to maybe just get the CPAP I need. Maybe. Unless you have no other options, don’t trust these folks with your care. “Mercy” is almost funny.
