I understand things are confusing during the COVID crisis but no one is calling me back about canceling my appointment. Called twice, the first time was a week ago and left messages. I need my Rx but don’t feel comfortable going into the office which is in the hospital building. They have sent multiple texts and emails to confirm the appointment but there is no way to cancel without phoning.
