My mother has been going here for over a year and has only seen a nurse practitioner. Went in for follow up after my mom's stroke and the NP only wanted to lecture (in a hateful tone) about needing to do as she said, all because of a missed appt in January 2015. It didn't matter that my mother had no ride and her insurance had been canceled.
I have been trying to make an appointment for my first prenatal check up since last Monday, about 9 days. At Mercy OBGYN, they have a machine that answers all the calls and you click an option to leave your name, number and birth date to be called back by someone at the appointment desk. I have left my name and number everyday and still have not heard back.
