I would recommend Mercy Rehabilitation Service to anyone in need. It is a very efficiently run office adhering to Covid 19 protocals keeping everyone safe! Nick Steger was my PT for my knee replacement therapy and was always on time and attentive. Dr Steger explained every exercise and how it will benefit me. He came up with an aggresive plan that got me back to work within 2 weeks of surgery and has allowed me to get back to my normal routine faster. Nick Steger and Mercy Rehab are the best!
Was told appointments were at 7:45, showed up and found they were all changed to 8:30. Within an hour I was called and the situation corrected. Customer service is A1. All appointments corrected and received a personal call from rehab specialist apologizing for mistake.
