My child and I had no protections in the birthing unit. The staff let paternity testers come into my room to take dna samples against my will. The company tried to swab me too and that wasn’t part of the order and no one helped me with that. I had to get irate almost. They ruined my entire birthing experience which I paid for and had insurance. This was not a peaceful place to give birth and they do not protect women and children. terrible unprofessional staff
I never provide reviews on google. However this time I am really feeling it. The person who answers the phone at this hospital is very rude and do not have patience at all. I wish the hospital had more control over the way how customer service agents treat customers.
Extremely bad customer service. I had such a bad experience when I called the front desk, I had trouble understanding English and they were not patient at all
