I never provide reviews on google. However this time I am really feeling it. The person who answers the phone at this hospital is very rude and do not have patience at all. I wish the hospital had more control over the way how customer service agents treat customers.
Extremely bad customer service. I had such a bad experience when I called the front desk, I had trouble understanding English and they were not patient at all
Food atrocious, unedible, EVERY TIME!!! MY NURSES AND DOCTORS WERE AMAZING IN ICU!!!!!! They saved my life
Very disappointed in the gastroenterology department, you can never talk to a live person, and no response back. I have been going to mercy since 2019, this last year they have really failed with care and doctors.
