Astonishing how unbelievably unhelpful my visit was. Do not waste your time. Go to urgent care where they actually do something for you. They sat me in a room and left me there for hours. Gave me a medication that had absolutely nothing to do with the reason I was in. Prescribed me nothing to help. A joke of a staff. Worthless waste of time. Do not go there with an emergency.

I'm from Northern NM. But I prefer the service I get from the staff here. The wait was very long. They are very helpful when in need.
I made the mistake of going to the Mercy hospital emergency room the other day.. The young lady Dr. I dealt with was beyond rude, & had a nasty attitude. When I tried to talk with her she talked over the top of me , & argued with me. Then stomped out. For many years SJRMC had the reputation as the worst facility in the area...No longer look at. Google review, Yelp, ect. I believe in Karma. This young Dr will get what she deserves!!
