There is not an employee at this office that is not caring, professional and personable. Linda Pham immediately puts you at ease and genuinely makes your visit here as pleasant and comfortable as you would hope for it to be. Mercy has a wonderful office with staff that provide top-notch care.
They wanted $50 just to schedule an appointment without even checking my insurance. I’m afraid for those that are in actual crisis. No compassion whatsoever.
