I had to get an MRI just to see a back specialist, I get the MRI in January of this year and they sent me to the back specialist. I just found out today that they STILL haven’t sent over my MRI. ITS NOVEMBER!!!! All I’m doing is constantly going in circles with Mercy, it’s going on three years and I’m still dealing with the same issues I had on the first day I went to mercy!! I would like to say if I could give this place negative stars I would the only people they’ve ever helped us their selves. They act like they’re doing you a favor in reality you feeling worse than when you went in I would love to suggest not to go here, you could tell the doctor about needing a sleeping aid that is not melatonin or a narcotic and they’ll just brush you off and truly, the people who run the front are just unprofessional now it’s not how it used to be when I was a kid or maybe they just blinded us to it easier

I bring all my children here. Absolutely love Robin Johnson. My kids adore her as she adores them. Gets on there level to speak to them and interacts with them. She is Absolutely the best! Her nurse Lauren is also the sweetest! I've been seen before even without an appt just as a walk in and have been treated wonderfuly from front desk to the back staff. Easy to make appts as well and rescheduling is also easy!
