None of the providers stay here very disappointing
As an asthma patient, I am experiencing difficulties obtaining an alternate inhaler due to the unavailability of my regular medication. Despite my pharmacist's efforts to contact Dr. Grimes last week, he has yet to respond. Unfortunately, I have had to take matters into my own hands and leave a message. The lack of timely attention to this matter has resulted in several asthma attacks, which I believe is very serious and poor patient care.
My reviews keep getting deleted along with all of the other bad reviews that have been left by others. This is serous red flag!
Called at 10:58AM on a Friday only to find out they are closed. Got transferred to an operator who told me "sometimes they are open half a day on Friday and sometimes they decide to close at 11AM." You can't even leave a message, they just tell you to call back during regular office hours...apparently not the regular hours they post on Friday, though. Those don't count. I'm giving them two stars because at least the doctor here is good.
We've seen Dr. Ibrahim for about 5 years when they moved from North Canton stat care to the newer Portage location. Never had an issue with scheduling over this time, we don't miss or be late for appts, as a patient that goes a long way for your healthcare team to help YOU. Never had an issue with time in the office as scheduling always asks what I need to discuss so they can budget time for my visit.
