My toilet bowl was making a hissing sound when its flushed. Called mercy plumbing since I did have some good experience with them. Guy comes in tells me it’s the pipes in the house. My house is built in 2010. Explains to me then it’s normal. Then proceeds to recommend repair on valve release which cost me $250. It cured the problem for a while but the next day it returned. What a waste.

Mercy Plumbing is the best, hands down! I doubt if there's a better plumber out there than these guys. In my case, I had a pipe hat was blocked due to the AC line. I tried with Home depot tools to unblock but didn't work. Frustrated, I stopped using the sink that was connected to that pipe altogether. Over time the problem only became worse. My house almost flooded after someone mistakenly used that sink. Mercy stepped in, located the problem and solved it like breeze. I'm so so relieved right right now. Thank you Mercy!
Letâs face it, having to call out a plumber is the last thing I wanted to do, but calling Mercy was the right choice. They were able to come out, assess the situation, and execute the solution with very little inconvenience to my family and I. John and all that assisted him were knowledgeable and polite. Always five stars! Used Mercy twice, came out same day and fixed problem same day. No issues, no hassle, friendly and great to work with. Would recommend for heavy repair and small repair. Pricing is great as well!
