I was charged $500 for labor for one hour job. I asked for itemized receipt and was told they don’t do that because parts are very minimal for repair. The experience and knowledge of the plumbing needed is what cost!!! Really

Mercy Plumbing is simply the BEST! Their technicians are so nice and extremely helpful. I had Julian come to my house to replace my toilet and left the bathroom clean and looking amazing! Julian and Liam even helped me move some old furniture that I had because it was too heavy for me. These guys are just the best in the business! I was very pleased with their service when they installed a water heater several months ago. I called them again when I had various problems with indoor and outdoor faucets. I'm glad I did. They are prompt, patient in explaining what they will do to fix the problem, considerate of my time and property, personable, and leave everything clean. They do excellent work.
John was great. He came in and fixed the issue we were having in our shower quickly and he provided great service. They were able to come in same day also.
