Newly established with the GYN team at Broken Land Parkway. Came in for a new patient visit and routine exams with Valerie Campbell, PA-C. I work in the medical field and I cannot put into adequate words just how wonderful this location is. From the front desk staff to Valerie and her assist, 10/10. Exceptional providers and staff. Dr. Jeri Shuster has been my provider for decades. Katie Cervi, NP has worked with Dr. Shuster for several years and I’ve received the very best care from both providers. As Dr. Shuster retired in 2023, I’m happy to continue with Mercy Physicians for care with NP Katie Cervi. Exceptional staff throughout the office. Highly recommended.
For the Columbia Broken Land Parkway location, Dr Baruch’s front desk person (man) SUCKS. I’ve now tried making two appointments for FOUR MONTHS to see Dr Baruch. The first time, they scheduled me on a Tuesday but told me it was Wednesday, so I had to reschedule. They didn’t call me or anything. And when I rescheduled on the phone, the person on the phone sounded dead inside. It was like pulling teeth to get information from them about my appointment. Katie Cervie joined this location, and I believe anyone who goes here will be happy! She is so knowledgeable and empathetic to sensitive situations! I am truly happy with the care i have received in the last 7 years. I don't look forward to having to find anyone different once Katie moves on someday. I am here to stay!
