I love using Mercy Pharmacy in Troy. They are friendly, attentive to needs and a quick and easy option for pharmaceutical needs. Highly recommend.
Love coming here, the drive through is a huge bonus especially if you feel horrible. There's also a guy that works there that is so friendly, calming and reassuring anytime I have a problem he explains it so well.
This place is such a breath of fresh air compared to the big chain pharmacy in town. I used to have so many issues with my prescriptions at the other pharmacy. Mercy staff is very professional and had no issues at all getting my prescriptions right.
Jakob has made my move and transferring of pharmaceuticals easy breezy. The entire staff is always so warm, patient, and informative. They really go the extra mile and make every visit easy. Also, the owner Tom has put special touches of historical Apothecary! This further shows the importance to the details and respect for the origins of modern medicine. Thank you for continuing excellent service. If you’re in the area, as a Holistic-based person myself, I have to recommend that you use this pharmacy + less stress .
