Multiple times I've called ahead and not been warned until I arrived that they only had half of my prescription and I'd have to return the next day for the other half. They also have poor customer service having 4 workers behind the counter make eye contact without saying a word or acknowledging I was there
The best pharmacy in all of Springfield Missouri!!! In every way!!!
Always had a decent experience (generally speaking) with the service at this pharmacy until this past Saturday. Had a very rude female staff person bring our medicine out to us. Am presently searching for a new pharmacy. Oh, and Mercy "social media team", this part is for you: don't bother asking me to send an email or to reach out. You need to do that to the managers in your system and require more customer/patient service training.
They've always been very nice to me. Fast and accurate.
