Bill chooses profit over people... Just wanted everyone to know what his priorities are. I have switched to a new pharmacy due to this, because now I just cannot trust Bill. Not a person I would employ, but I guess he fits in perfectly with Mercy.
I am four days late on four medications because I requested delivery, and they've never shown up. USPS won't answer, and the people here were EXTREMELY rude about it and hung up after me after griping that it wasn't their fault.
