Ladies are always cordial and well versed and informative and when I come pick up my prescriptions unless they tell me otherwise very fast inaccurate
I have switched to another pharmacy and will not take my business or recommend to anyone. Some of the rudest people I have ever worked with. Act like a problem when you called to ask questions about your prescription or if they was ready because they told me three different times that they forgot to flip it so I could get a text saying it was ready. Bill chooses profit over people... Just wanted everyone to know what his priorities are. I have switched to a new pharmacy due to this, because now I just cannot trust Bill. Not a person I would employ, but I guess he fits in perfectly with Mercy.
