7/31/2026 - I received an automated notification from Mercy Pharmacy stating that my prescription was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was informed that the prescription had not actually been completed because a prior authorization was not sent to my doctor’s office. If that was the case, the pharmacy should have contacted my physician before notifying me that my medication was ready. So, they tried short cutting and cashing me out instead. Barb and Alex are very responsive when you call the pharmacy. They have excellent customer service with a smile. New faces are here, some are not respectful. There was a lady at the counter WITHOUT A NAME BADGE/TAG. Asked about her name, she refused to answer, responded with disrespectful attitude. What's going on? Please get people with good customer service.
Delivery service for the morning doesn't matter when the window is 5hrs whenever they dont make it on time they still charge you a Delivery fee and dont honor that there not on time.Also if there past the time and they attempt to still come and your no longer available they charge you again for the delivery fee on which they made the mistake and when you speak to an associate they act like its your mistake. All my visits have been very convenient regardless of whether it was a shopping trip for first aid or a prescription refill. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to assist whenever necessary.
I’m not sure what has happened at this location but customer service is no longer a thing. I have some allergies and they refuse to order my medication from a different manufacturer that I don’t have reaction to, I’m out of my meds and they are not even attempting to help me. You are not supposed to just stop these meds, thought you were supposed to help people.
