I’m not sure what has happened at this location but customer service is no longer a thing. I have some allergies and they refuse to order my medication from a different manufacturer that I don’t have reaction to, I’m out of my meds and they are not even attempting to help me. You are not supposed to just stop these meds, thought you were supposed to help people.
Mercy is the best little pharmacy! They’re super friendly and always have things ready quickly. So much more personal than the big corporate ones!
The male that works at the front was rude... I mean really rude... Gave me the wrong information saying my medication was not covered by my insurance... When it was! Very nonchalant about my concerns and would not help... The ladies are really nice and helpful but this guy just lost you two new customers... The last thing I want is to deal with rude customer service when there are other pharmacies I could go to.. Sorry Dierbergs but this guy is not holding up your standards for good customer relations
