Kate is a great pharmacy manager! My family and I have had such a great experience at this pharmacy! She is always friendly, approachable, and genuinely take the time to answer questions without making you feel rushed. It’s not often you find someone who combines professionalism with such a warm, positive attitude. Every interaction has been pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend!
Been going here for a year and a half without any issues. And yesterday my prescription had been canceled twice within a few hours, so I called to ask why. I was greeted with a very rude and unprofessional employee who made an untrue statement about my prescription. When I went to set the record straight, she proceeded to raise her voice and be very rude to me! And then proceeded to hang up on me! This is unacceptable! Always helpful and nice to me.
Absolutely stellar. They put meds that are in short supply on back order so when other pharmacies can’t get them, they often can. They fill prescriptions incredibly quickly. The entire staff is knowledgeable and helpful.
So helpful and super friendly. I’m so glad I switched and I wish I had done it much sooner!!!
