Arrived at 9am for pickup scheduled 3 days ago and spent 30 minutes watching the pharmacist assist a single customer before offering assistance. Finally was told they haven't started filling the order and I would need to wait at least 15 more minutes. This is the longest I have ever spent at a pharmacy.
Rude staff. Just called to ask if a prescription was in stock. After I asked my question I was met with complete silence. After an awkward silence I thought maybe we were disconnected or she couldn't hear me. So I said "Hello?" She responded with "I'm looking it up". After another long pause, she let me know it was in stock. I asked the price. Again met with total silence, no acknowledgement of the question. Finally after some silence, she told me the price. Kate is a great pharmacy manager! My family and I have had such a great experience at this pharmacy! She is always friendly, approachable, and genuinely take the time to answer questions without making you feel rushed. It’s not often you find someone who combines professionalism with such a warm, positive attitude. Every interaction has been pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend!
Been going here for a year and a half without any issues. And yesterday my prescription had been canceled twice within a few hours, so I called to ask why. I was greeted with a very rude and unprofessional employee who made an untrue statement about my prescription. When I went to set the record straight, she proceeded to raise her voice and be very rude to me! And then proceeded to hang up on me! This is unacceptable!
