I had terrible experience at the Mercy location in Reisterstown, MD this morning. I arrived on time for my bloodwork to be completed for an upcoming physical. I arrived on time at 7:15 for my 7:30 am appointment. The lab personnel appeared around 7:18. I signed in and sat down in the waiting area. They open the lab at 7:30. It took a full 30 minutes before the first lab patient was called. I wasn’t calling until 8:10 at which time they said I had no orders. I had the appointment for one year in advance, mind you. Adore Laura. she’s a great listener, and knowledgeable about what she’s talking about, very helpful and relatable. Never left her office without either my health problems being solved or guidance on how to solve it. Thanks for everything 🫶🏽
