I’ve given this office multiple chances over the summer, and it’s just gotten worse. Long waits, no communication, and the staff doesn’t seem to care. I’m done switching to Joplin.
This office has seriously declined over the past few months. Kelly’s behavior is consistently rude, and the inappropriate comments she makes with her assistant about other patients are completely unacceptable. I’m pulling my kids from this practice enough is enough. Qinna was wonderful, but the last two visits have been disappointing. The wait times are longer, and the overall atmosphere feels tense and unwelcoming.
