We love Kelly. After a scare with my 7 year old daughter, she called to let us know she did research on our results and gave us helpful information. She is truly a great person!
Dr. Mayo was unprofessional and borderline creepy towards me. I had my preferred name added to my file immediately upon checking in and it was not respected once. He dead named me over 20 times during my appointment. On top of that, he also stepped behind me to move past me and put his hands on my lower back and hips. It disgusts me that he is a pediatric doctor.

Need to understand their clients/patients are children and they need to keep to a time schedule. There is no reason why they should be an hour behind at 9am. Do better, we all have things to do, and kids can only stay focused in a small room for a short time. Either more staff, or less appointments.
