Dr Bensons nurse treated me as I was drug dealing and I assured her I was not.I was wanting DR Benson to do epidural spinal nerve blocks on me but after waiting 36 minutes after appt time and hearing her gossip about me at nurses station for 30 more min after waiting to talk to Dr Benson I just left.,I am very loyal customer of Mercy and have been for yrs ,I had never and will never again be treated like that again.I have now had 2 injections elsewhere and went from a 8 to 10 daily pain levels toA 1 maybe 3 times a month.So ... read more
You are not a “Pain Management clinic“ or anything like that if you do not prescribe any opioid medications whatsoever. I understand that the opioid crisis is a big one and something that should be taken seriously. However, there are those of us for which nothing else works. There are those of us who have been on the same or similar medications for a decade or more, and the fact that these doctors will not help with that is deeply alarming. They need to change the name of the clinic and specifically state that they only do i... read more

He was just excellent. I was very nervous about getting a steroid injection in my back, but he put my mind to ease. on the day of the actual procedure, The staff in the place where they actually do the procedure and the doctor were absolutely awesome I couldn’t have asked for anything better very attentive, very supportive very Empathetic very watchful.
