The pain management team is the best! They are always attentive to my needs and have a clear path for my pain management needs. The staff is always polite, friendly and courteous. My experiences are so much better than with Freeman Health Systems.
Never answers the phone
My daughter was injured a year and a half ago. She has seen numerous doctors with no diagnosis. When her pain gets so back she has to end up going to the Er for pain relief. She finally got a doctor to send her to pain management. Her appointment took a while to get then it was a several week wait once they called her. A few hours before her appointment they called to cancel because the PA was uncomfortable seeing an 18 year old. He will only see her if she were over 21. This office is a scam. Its a regular doctors office, but they charge you for a hospital visit. Save your money and time by going somewhere else.
The nurses and doctors I deal with are always so kind.
