My review This doctor may be a good anesthesiologist, but he makes a terrible doctor for pain management. We went to see him for my husband’s chronic lower back pain. The first visit was OK. after that, he was rude, arrogant and condescending. He has no compassion or empathy. Dr. Hefzy made my husband feel like he was a drug seeker even though we were adamant that he did not want Schedule 3 narcotics and he has absolutely no history of that.
