This is the 2nd time they have been a complete disappointment. The first time I had my blood drawn they left it out over night so I had to go back in to have my blood redrawn. It is difficult for me to get away from work because we have minimal staff. Then I make arrangements to get in again for blood work and I guess they decide to close early. Probably the easiest, quickest, and friendliest blood draw I have gone to! Will definitely be using this location from here on out.
The people are great, but they never pick up the phone.
I unfortunately have to do blood work often. Sadly, Over the past year or more, the young lady at the front desk is really unpleasant and borderline rude. The phlebotomists are great!
