Every worker who has drawn my blood has been great at it. Quick, almost always gets a vein no problem, and I like never drink water. The best job done anywhere else is still not as good as the “worst” here. I use quotes cuz only once or twice has it been not instant that they stuck me and blood filled up the vial right off. It’s literally 2 minutes max from calling me in to me walking out of their office. I get my blood labs at least every 3 months for my A1C, since 2022.
The lady's here are good at their job and very kind.
I was greeted with prompt orders to hold my specimen. The lab tech made a very big sour face upon seeing my specimen. She then proceeded to ask me for paperwork that I wasn't given and immediately told me she couldn't take the sample. She then offered to check and see if there was an order for it (which is just part of what their job entails). Just took it to the Roseburg lab instead, no hassle whatsoever.
Lab tech is very knowledgeable and friendly and as efficient as the software/paperwork that must be completed allows.
