They take their time and are very friendly.
Got some attitude when calling for clarification. I know folks in the service industry deal with a lot, but if I don’t call in with an attitude, no need to have one with me. But just a heads up: they don’t treat children and they don’t treat feet. If you come prepared with having had any conversations with your primary, urgent care or an xray, they will not allow you to walk in, and appointments are several weeks out. Disappointing…
I took my 96 year old mother here after a fall in her nursing home that resulted in a possible wrist fracture. I am so glad I did. All of the staff could sense she was very nervous and in pain. They treated her with compassion and gentleness. I highly recommend this place, for ortho injuries. She left with an appropriate cast and sling, a treatment plan for the nursing home and pain med recommendations. Very pleased with this place.
They don't even have doctors qualified to look at back injuries. Also they'll recommend physical therapy for injuries knowing full well that if you have state insurance and are over 21 it will be a denied request.
