My son is 17 and has some really bad back problems and the Dr’s and PA’s are nice and thorough. I’ve also been there for ankle sprains and I had a great experience. My favorite thing is they talked to me and my son like we are adults..not childish and like we were stupid..if you don’t understand something that was said don’t be afraid to ask questions..have a great day
Beware if you've gone here before and they pawned you off to physical therapy instead of trying to figure out what's really wrong with you if you try to be seen again because you're in severe pain they will refuse you because "the doctor you originally saw isn't here today and we dont want to mess up his treatment plan" you're better off going to regular urgent care don't bother coming here.
Very fast service! Husband sprained his back and was able to be seen and got treatment all of which was under 30min. Provider Holloway was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. Impressed!
I went thereich 10 days ago. I was given meds which made my neck feel better but it still hurts and now my shoulder on the opposite side hurts. The doctor told me if I wanted to do physical therapy to come back. I came back today and the in front said the doctor's notes said was to see a surgeon. The doctor did not say that to me. This guy said that this clinic is a 1 and done clinic and that I would get a call from a surgeon. That was it.
