Very fast service! Husband sprained his back and was able to be seen and got treatment all of which was under 30min. Provider Holloway was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. Impressed!
I went thereich 10 days ago. I was given meds which made my neck feel better but it still hurts and now my shoulder on the opposite side hurts. The doctor told me if I wanted to do physical therapy to come back. I came back today and the in front said the doctor's notes said was to see a surgeon. The doctor did not say that to me. This guy said that this clinic is a 1 and done clinic and that I would get a call from a surgeon. That was it. My husband's phone quit in the middle of his review. He wanted to say that he sees other reviews that says they came back a second time. Who should he believe the guy in front or the Dr? Dennis says he is 1and done with this place.
Someone called me yesterday to make a appointment for physical therapy, very rude when she find out that I had Missouri Medicaid she just hung up on me. So I guess have to call Mercy back in Galena Ks tell them what happened. To what I'm supposed to do now about my hand.
