Same as another user said: this is not a walk-in clinic. Nice folks, but you need a referral and an appointment. -2 stars for the misnomer of "walk-in" in the name.
You can tell they put intentionality into making patients have a good experience. My visit was very pleasant.
This is not an orthopedic walk in.
