After a visit to the ER, I was told my leg pain was sciatica. I have been going to this office for over 15 years, when I tried to make an appointment with my primary, or should I say former Primary doctor, Dr. Tripathy, I was told that they do not give out pain meds, as if I was a pain med seeker. Extremely disrespectful, as I have never received pain meds in my life. After James Egor left, the place has gone straight to the toilet. I will never go back here and be insulted for following up with an ER recommendation!!!
As much as I LOVE Dr. Tripathy this is hands down one of the worst offices to deal with. The staff are rude and disrespectful. The women who answer the phones are plain ignorant and DO NOT pass messages along to the Drs or to pharmacies. Just hung up with Rosie, who had ZERO CSR. I will be looking for a new physcian after being with Dr. T for over 20 years...This makes me sad.
OMG please don’t go to so called DR sharmeen. She is undoubtedly unprofessional. Maybe worst DR ever I see in my life. I will complain to state about her. Very bad behavior
