Visited Dr Jesse Kramer's office on 01/21/2020, till today 02/19/2020 no prescription papers submitted to Adjuster's office. Called Dr Kramer's office several times still nothing. This is the worst situation ever experienced with a doctor. Today 03/12/2020, still no prescription released to our insurance adjuster. This is insane, patients being ignored due to bad staff and or someone not doing job right. Effects the doctor's image.
