I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service I received during my recent visit. Upon arrival, the front office staff were engaged in personal conversations, ignoring patients and making us wait unnecessarily. One staff member in particular—a heavier-set Caucasian woman—was especially rude and dismissive. If someone doesn’t enjoy their job, it reflects in how they treat others, and unfortunately, that was very clear here. Monday 6/2 around 2:40 pm. I was sitting on waiting room. Two representatives are stated to talking. Are they talking at a lunch break? They yawned loudly. I’m not sure but this is first time I’ve seen like this.. here is the hospital not a caffe . They need to act like professionals.
The bureaucracy here is beyond enduring
This place is the worse first our Dr. stop seeing patients because of job change, so we get a new Dr. Which was a good first meet then to do a follow up 3monts we get a call telling us that she has tooken a long leave of absence, so they set up our appointment with our old Dr. Then we get a call saying that this Dr. is sending all the appointment to express care. We'll we drive a hour plus to see the Dr. so I will not be sitting in the express care... plus all of the Dr. Offices are coding our bills wrong and we are being ch... read more
