This place is the worse first our Dr. stop seeing patients because of job change, so we get a new Dr. Which was a good first meet then to do a follow up 3monts we get a call telling us that she has tooken a long leave of absence, so they set up our appointment with our old Dr. Then we get a call saying that this Dr. is sending all the appointment to express care. Worst place to be seen. Scheduled an appt this am for today @ 4p to see a Kellen Na. I called their phone number but never am able to speak to anyone at the office so I spoke to their call center and explained I was running late do to traffic and would be 10 to 15 min late and if they would see me. The call center supposedly contacted them & would be seen. I check in @ 415p. You have a stress test appointment scheduled 2 months in advance. They never confirm the appt. When you call to confirm they tell you oh that appt was cancelled a week ago and if you want a stress test we will put you on a list and if/when we have a tech we will call you and you have to get there within their time frame@!! This is horrible and stressful!
