Horrible customer service!!! I was trying to make a appointment for a new primary care physician. The rudest most miserable person made it known what a hassle accepting new patients was. I will go elsewhere
HANDS DOWN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND PATIENT CARE IN THE HISTORY OF CARE. ZERO RETURN PHONE CALLS, MULTIPLE FAXED PERSCRIPTION REFILL REQUESTS (FAXED TO THEM FROM THE PHARMACY AS REQUESTED ON THEIR AUTOMATED PHONE SYSTEM) AND STILL NO RESPONSE. PATIENTS LEFT SITTING IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR STANDARD BLOOD PRESSURE CHECKS FOR AN HOUR AFTER THE APPT TIME AND WHEN YOU BRING IT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE FRONT DESK STAFF THE RESPONSE IS "OH I WAS WONDERING WHAT YOU WERE WAITING FOR" TWICE!!!!!
