Just got off the phone with the rudest person when I told her I just got in a car accident. I was just trying to get an appointment and she was giving me attitude bc they close in 30min. Like I understand and I was being nice and giving the information needed. But she didn’t even seem like she wanted to be on the phone with me. Everytime I call they are always so nice and helpful
I called to set up an appointment for ADHD. The appointment was made, and then canceled on two separate occasions. Both times i told the receptionist why i wanted an appointment. I took off work early to be seen, and was told by DR. Sandhu that she could not help me and referred me to a different doctor. I was told that it was a scheduling issue and I should have been told to book with a different doctor. Never in my life have I had such a spectacular waste of an afternoon.
