Nobody answers the phone, I want to cancel my appointment, my family doctor transferred to this clinic and I have NEVER had such long wait times and lack of service. No voicemail, no email, I will be finding another clinic.

I wish all the Doctors were like Dr Benjamin. He is amazing!!! So knowledgeable and patient. Hoping he will be my family doctor forever!!
How did we let this happen to the "Canadian Medical System" ? Reception would pick up the phone, Pretend not to hear me and hang up. Finally, They would just lift the line and hang up. Dr. was 3 weeks late on a referral. I could not get through online booking, or phone. Walking in there, was not an option ...
My visits to Dr. Mathew Benjamin is very professional, he takes to time to listen to my concerns and I fined that I am able to be open up to him with any issues without concerns of embarrassments or criticism.
