I recently switched clinics, and my experience here has been very positive. I’ve been seeing Dr. M. Benjamin for about a year now, and he’s consistently professional, compassionate, and attentive. He always takes the time to listen and ensure my concerns are addressed.
I know doctors are busy, but they should keep the appointments they book. Dr. R. set up a telephone appt. for 3.50 pm. I phoned the office at 4.15 to advise I had a dental appt. at 4.30. Office staff advised she would get him to call asap. At 4.25 I left home to go to the dentist. I bet there would be repercussions if I had not kept the telephone appointment on time or was late for an appointment.
