It has been such a blessing to have Dr. Mathew Benjamin as my family doc. We got lucky honestly and hope he continues to be outlr family doctor. He is always there to hear me out (p.s appointments don't feel rushed). You will know exactly what I am talking about if you felt like you are barely validated and heard in the past by your family doc. He makes sure your worries are addressed and checks in. Thank you Doc !
I agree with the other reviews that nobody answers the phone. I held the phone for 11 minutes couple of times. I could hear the click sound like it switched to keep holding. The answering voice tells you to book online. How about to cancel an appointment? With so many reviews on the phone problem, should the office consider to replace the receptionists!

Dr. Benjamin is a very professional and caring doctor and I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new medical professional. His office is very well maintained and clean. The medical office clerk is super nice and knowledgeable.
