Billing department is a huge mess. I've been trying to solve and issue since February and I haven't received any resolution to my case. Terrible customer service.
UPDATE: Surprise...not. Once again, I have received a bill that did not go through insurance. Last time, they tried to blame my doctor by saying she submitted the wrong account. So I asked her, and she showed me the copy she sends to them. It is indeed correct, it is the only one she has. This is in addition to the fact that I have told them this information AT LEAST FOUR TIMES in the last 8 months!! I do not understand how a hospital can be this incompetent.
