Current time 617am checked in and still no one here to open the lab. This is not your standard rate of service for any establishment especially a hospital. Get it together Mercy. 626am update...Now they aren't opening at all? They don't have anyone trained.
As a new patient, I called to get a price for blood test. Was asked date of birth 3 times, and transferred 6! YES SIX! Then had to leave a message..
My teen daughter attempted to go there for labs, but gave up and left upset after trying multiple doors and just being told at each that she was at the wrong entrance. She said people were a little rude and she just gave up and decided to get labs done back home; she just moved to Cedar Rapids for college. I wasnt there, but just wonder why someone didnt direct her to where she needed to go.
Came in at about 1:50 pm today and the young lady was by herself… she did great and was really easy to deal with (hey supervisor give this chick a raise) she had me in and out in under ten min with 1 quick painless jab and no fuss
Everytime I come to Mercy, the staff is amazing and make you feel very comfortable!! I love Mercy!!!
