First time here- I had tremendous and quick care!
Terrible service, my brother was sent over from urgent care and we have been here over 3 hours and they have done nothing!! What happened to the mercy touch?? The room we got put in is filthy and freezing, my brother wasn’t offered a warm blanket or anything I had to get it myself! Do better Mercy
sat in the waiting room for 5 hrs. severely dehydrated and with very low blood sugar. 5… hours…. i left and went to st lukes. ridiculous.
