The wait time is ridiculous u gotta sit in pain for hours
Horrible wait time I been here since 7 something and didn’t leave until around 1.
I have never, ever, seen such an inefficient, comical, joke of place. If you need anything at all, and you’re not near death, prepare to have everything and everyone here intentionally waste your time.
Had a bad bicycle accident and I was glad I was brought here. Almost everyone I met with was so kind and all things considered it did not take as long as it could have (4 hours total). Only reason it’s not 5 is because the department was not as clean as it could have been and one security guard I dealt with was very rude. Otherwise a good experience given the circumstances!
