I have recently moved out of state amd got a new primary care, I have went to thid hospital several times as a kid and teen, I am just now learning about my several diagnostics because I had to print out my old medical records for my new primary care. Mercy is a straight up joke, they will only sometimes treat you then never inform you of the diagnosis.
I've had to have different tests done and deal with different departments lately. I never have waited more than 10 minutes and I have always been treated with kindness and respect. I definitely prefer Mercy Hospital over any other hospital.
