Went to the E.R. last week no wait at all. Were very helpful. Always have a good experience. There were plenty of people waiting on us.
I'm never coming back here again if I was at Aultman Hospital I would've never been in the waiting room for Four hours
I am surprised to see the negative reviews. I have been to Aultman and Mercy both many times throughout my life for myself, husband and family members.. and Mercy is by far my favorite. I had my baby at Mercy and it was amazing. They were so kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone go to Mercy for great care!!
They are rude and jeep low income families in a small room with a sign talking about..if you can't afford insurance. Like really and there was a nurse that was extremely rude and they always misdiagnosis
i will never go back to mercy to have a child. they sent me home at 5cms dialated and bleeding. they tried to say i was two weeks early and they wouldn't give me the pitocine. plus to top it off i was already crowning before the dr came in. and to make thing worst they fckd up my epidural taking 3 3! xs to put it in. now they have messed up my back to the point my right leg goes completely numb and i fall on my face. they didnt let me record my birth or have a mirror they are the reason i got the epidural because i wanted to... read more
DO NOT GO HERE TO HAVE YOUR BABY!!! My wife had our child here. As a man standing by my wife through it all I have to say I've never felt so unwanted as I did being here. I really hated the taste of the air when I spoke and was spoken to by the staff. It was like I was some disgusting piece of filth that they had no way of removing and just had to deal with. HORRIBLY SLOW "Urgent Care". They are always extremely understaffed. We have been unfortunate enough to have visited the ER on five different occasions over the last three years & have always had to wait at least TWO HOURS in a packed waiting room.
I will not return!! I would rather drive an hour to a different hospital then go back to Mercy. They were AWFUL!! I have suffered with endometriosis for many years. I have had surgeries and was placed on medication that induced menopause a few years ago. I had ALL my documents present with me proving this and what all I have been through. When I had to go to Mercy a few times during a horrible menstruation, they were not caring and made me feel as if I was a problem patient.
