Will never go there again. Was there two times in January and still getting bills. I was in a room in back by icu it didn’t even have a bathroom with doors. Toilet and sink dead fly on window. . Never came and cleaned room for three days. Had a knee replacement and you can bet it wasn’t at Mercy. It was teriable.
Excellent customer service, compassionate nursing staff, and wonderful physician staff! I highly recommend this hospital!
