Their intolerable phone line is going to get some poor patient looking for care killed if it hasn't already. It cannot understand you, demands exact specifics without giving options, and hangs up on you if it can't hear you properly. Combine that with abysmal hold times and receptionists that will unintentionally hang up mid conversation and not call back, forcing you to fight your way through the whole process again, and you have just about the worst phone experience a person could have.
