Absolutely abysmal customer service at this facility. As an Army infantryman preparing to deploy overseas, my family was denied the ability to schedule medical services due to concerns that my "insurance would change," which was, in the first place, an absurd assumption considering the fact that I had already been on active service for nearly seven months.
